Mail

Overview

Mail is a complete webmail client backed by your own mail server. Your messages live on infrastructure you run — Mail just gives you a fast, modern interface to them, with single sign-on shared across the workspace.

Features

• Threaded conversations. Messages are grouped into conversations so a back-and-forth reads as one thread.
• Attachments. Send and receive files; attachments are stored in your workspace's object storage.
• Search. Find mail across folders by sender, subject and body.
• Labels & folders. Organise mail with labels and standard mailboxes (Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Archive, Trash).
• Compose & reply. Rich composer with reply, reply-all and forward.
• Embedded chat rail. A team-chat sidebar sits alongside the inbox for quick messages without leaving Mail.
• Single sign-on. The same login as the rest of the workspace; your address is <you>@your-domain.

How it works

Mail connects to a self-hosted mail backend over IMAP/SMTP; the workspace maps your login to your mailbox. Outbound mail is delivered through the configured relay, and inbound mail lands in your mailbox in real time.
